In addition to holding lectures in many scientific specialist  such as the latest techniques and developments in the various building materials by experts and manufacturers both local and international, to raise the level of studies to fit the specifications aesthetic nationally adopted, all that inside the company's headquarters within the halls especially equipped for such purpose (a hall for computer training - lecture halls multiple meeting rooms ) in addition to the internal break for employees (cafeteria).

The company is also equipped with a rich library of references from National and international specific Norms, the references in which are about 8000 books for all engineering branches.
